FAQs
OpenGround is a secure, cloud-based geotechnical information management solution for collecting, managing, analyzing, reporting and sharing geotechnical data.
OpenGround’s solution comprises of two key components:
- A Cloud Services Subscription – to store the organization’s geotechnical data and configurations.
- Persona Subscriptions (Application Bundles) – for users within that organization to have access to the capabilities based on their roles.
These two components have to be purchased separately and both are required to use OpenGround. You however do not need a Cloud Services Subscription if you have been given access to an instance of OpenGround owned by another organization and would only need access to a Persona Subscription.
OpenGround Instances are currently hosted in the UK, USA, Mainland Europe, and Australia.
