Return on Investment:
Present quantifiable results achieved through project optimization and risk management including reduced design/project time, resource hours saved, increases in safety and/or business performance, and cost savings realized.
4D Pre-planning:
Demonstrate how 4D multidiscipline models were used to:
- optimize and simulate the ideal construction path by identifying and resolving issues/clashes with WBS, schedule, costs, resources, and supply chain logistics prior to actual construction.
- perform 4D/5D model based QTO complete with WBS and cost codes to create quick and accurate cost estimates.
Project Management:
Demonstrate how:
- Bentley solutions have increased project management efficiencies including better team transparency, communication, collaboration, and risk management.
- progress is recorded on-site via mobile devices, phones, or tablets, as well as with automated tracking technology such as photogrammetry or RFID tags and presented as management dashboards for progress tracking.
Field Performance:
Exhibit how field performance data (daily logs, daily progress quantities, unplanned events, timesheets, etc.) is being managed and measured against planned costs and schedule to gain a complete view of project performance.
Sustainability Impact:
Exhibit sustainability efforts such as waste management, reduced carbon footprint, and use of more resilient resources that are essential to our quality of life and to sustain our economies and the environment.
