Detail your structural project’s usage of digital workflows and digital twins. These structures include buildings, facilities, offshore oil and gas platforms, and wind turbine foundations.
Criteria
Submissions must have used Bentley applications innovatively to model, design, analyze, document, or detail a structure(s)—simple to complex—using any material. Applications can include STAAD, RAM, OpenWindPower, SACS, MOSES, and ADINA, but are not exclusive to these products. Bentley applications may be used in combination with other applications.
Submissions must demonstrate technical innovation using advancements like BIM or modern structural project workflows, interoperability, or data collaboration among multidisciplinary design teams.
Submissions must clearly document a return on investment with metrics in terms of reduced risk to owner, project, or submitter, or increased value in the resulting project. Submissions must also discuss safety, environmental impact, and business drivers for the project.
Submissions must adequately communicate the project scope, benefits, and return on investment achieved by using Bentley applications. Actual models or product screenshots, in addition to project images/renderings, are required. Clearly documenting time and/or cost savings with detailed or estimated cost figures or hours of time saved will help demonstrate the project’s return on investment. Additional screenshots, videos, animations, charts, or diagrams can help illustrate project excellence.
