Submissions must demonstrate the value of surveying and monitoring to effective asset management and risk reduction, and not just the capture and visualization of geospatial data. It demonstrates a complete workflow from data capture to turning this data to actionable insights for infrastructure digital twins possibly leveraging artificial intelligence or machine learning.

Submissions should clearly present the project and benefits achieved, including a clear return on investment, such as resource hours saved, cost savings realized, etc. It should also demonstrate an increase in business performance, an explanation of technical innovation, and be supported by 3D model animation, high-resolution images, screenshots, or sample datasets.

Submissions will also be judged on the impact of the changes made, including sustainability and local social, economic, or environmental situation.
